The Super Bowl XLVIII, is scheduled to start at 6:30 February 2, at the MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. It is the first time the National Football League will host the event in outdoor environment.
Many fans will not be deterred from filling up the arena seats and one of the highest viewed sports in America. Thirty second ads are well invested to get viewers attention. Most of the time, the commercials are funny and intriguing and keeps the audience attention. Many people host at their house with party foods and beverages. Bets are one the favored team. What an exciting time to be an American.
As I’m reading on different blogs and news articles about the Super Bowl in general, I had found some interesting findings. The Super Bowl in 2012 was the highest viewed by 111 million in the United States alone. There are speculations in regards of renters from the New York and New Jersey will be renting out their place. And due to a big event like this, there will be children trafficking and sex trafficking.
It amazes me on the overwhelming social behavior of people due to any events that occupies the mind from the daily way of life. There are different polarizations that an individual can consider. Many people will benefit within the association of the NFL by making an earnest living. The event is set up to have a good time. And then there are people who will go to the other extreme like vandalizing and abusing the weak.
I cannot even fathom other stories that are untold all due to a “Big” event like this. The only thing I want to focus on is the game and halftime. I do not want to think about sociology. However, this is what happens when a person starts to research on a particular subject, The Super Bowl.
